Exhibition in the stairwell

During 2025 I’ve had a great time exploring different mediums. Specifically materials that are bright and colourful and have deep saturation, contrast well next to each other, and are a challenge to use. I’ve been busy with oil pastels, coloured pencils, crayons, chalk, charcoal, you name it. Anyway, today I picked up a big wad of Glassine paper to store everything carefully in. It’s shiny and prevents oil pastels etc from smudging. But as an extra layer of protection I gave everything a whizzo with some fixative spray and inadvertently created a pop-up gallery in the stairwell of Pennywell studios.
